Your organization could authenticate you but there is no valid account for you in EarthMed Portal.
POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS:
If you are a staff member, the email address in your HR system must match the email address you used to authenticate. Please contact your HR to make sure that both email addresses match.
If you are not a staff member, use osh@un.org to report your COVID-19 status, as only staff members can use the EarthMed Portal.
